I called them thrice for towel & change of bedsheet. The house keeping staff came when i was leaving

Good location and clean rooms

Ac trouble, receptionist male during checkout was asking me about a missing coffee cup which I had no idea about, instead of crosschecking he chose to ask me before allowing a checkout, felt very rude

Disappointed

The staff is very rude. They are not clean enough. Also not tourist friendly. They didn’t give us even towels when we asked for. They are not concerned about the comfort of tourists, they only need money.

I have book stay for 2 night after check out I realize I have forgot my money in room and for that I also register my complain at hotel desk but I didn't revert any answer from the hotel. As a frequent traveller I didn't expect this type of honesty from hotel

The ambience. Staff was very friendly and service was really good.

Just don't keep reminding that it is a vegetarian hotel and non veg isn't allowed. Once it has been communicated, it's noted. Ask the watchman to avoid asking whether it is veg or non veg food every time.

Close to the shops and Restaurants. Easy access to the Taxi. Near to one of the very busiest Railway stations. Shopping is effortless as heaps of shops are surrounded.

Daily service the rooms for long stayers, linen change.

Room, laundry services are extremely poor. Reception staff attitude is bad including senior staff. They are only interested in wedding groups.

inspite of having confirmed booking i was denied room , i dont think i will use Booking.com again

Nothing went well.Room was not clean, tap was broken, we asked for early check in, which was not available and we accepted that but when we checked in the room was total mess. Ordered tea which was taste less, the dining area is way smaller than one room. Very less variety of options available for breakfast. The hotel is overrated and I will make sure not to visit again.

Toilette seat broken. bathroom fixtures not clean or polished. I doubt the room is sanitised. Wifi is painful as u need to take a different code everyday for every separate device. So not using wifi. TV Channels even the free ones not able to be viewed
